MPP ART 4 SALE! Here’s an oldie dating back from the first year of my second stint at The Montreal Mirror. Early on I used to get more elaborate with my prose, in this instance turning my review into a saucy limerick! SPOILER ALERT: “All in all, a dumb movie, but I’m overly choosy, & I’m all for cheap yucks, but I’d rather spend my eight bucks, on a night home alone with my poo-poo!” This one’s on exhibition at this weekend’s springtime “Long Hauloween” party/fundraiser for the artist-run studio space Long Haul Studios (450 Beaumont Avenue, 2nd floor), so part of the proceeds are going to them, hence the different pricing. Go check it out, lotsa local artists will be exhibiting horror-related art for sale! Saturday, May 21st from 9 pm to 3 am ($10 with costume, $12 without)!
