Things get awkward when Crane freeze-frames one of their orgies &amp; discovers Dafoe\u2019s finger up his ass; \u201cIt\u2019s a group grope, I thought you liked it,\u201d Carpenter opines! \u201cI thought it was the girl,\u201dCrane protests! \u201cWhat\u2019s the difference?\u201d Carpenter retorts!
