Haven\u2019t the \u201cfoggiest\u201d idea what\u2019s going on here? Yer not alone! Up until the mid-90\u2019s even a hint of pubic hair or genitalia in Japan was grounds for arrest &amp; legal prosecution (maximum 2-year sentence), so offending areas were obscured either with black bars, or most commonly, by fogging! It was self-imposed by the studios, not an outside agency, so uncensored prints simply don\u2019t exist! In this film it almost adds to the surrealism! The heading for this Motion Picture Purgatory which originally appeared in a 2010 issue of The Montreal Mirror was \u201cFogging Flogging!\u201d As always; the original art\u2019s for sale @ 100 bucks.
